Supporting behavioral integration alongside deep therapy.
Holistic coaching in Atlanta and virtually, combining nursing insight, somatic practices, and real-world application to help clients translate therapeutic insight into sustainable change.
Insight alone doesn't always lead to change.
Many individuals and families develop meaningful awareness in therapy but continue to feel stuck when it comes to daily patterns, routines, and behaviors. Holistic coaching at Lumi is designed to bridge that gap—helping clients integrate what they are learning into their everyday lives.
This work is grounded in nervous system awareness, movement-based practices, and practical support for creating sustainable shifts in behavior, relationships, and overall well-being."
Let me know when those are in and I'll give you the remaining sections.
About the Work
Holistic coaching at Lumi is led by a registered nurse and yoga instructor with experience guiding high-performing individuals and teams, including C-level leaders, through stress, regulation, and performance challenges.
Her work brings together:
Clinical understanding of the body and stress response
Somatic and movement-based practices
Experience supporting high-capacity individuals and systems
A practical, structured approach to behavior change
She is also trained in and integrating Chi for Two®, a relational, movement-based trauma healing method, into her work.
Who This Is For
Holistic coaching may be a good fit for:
Individuals wanting help implementing changes outside of therapy
Clients seeking more structure, accountability, or integration
Parents looking for support in regulating themselves and their children
Families wanting practical tools to shift daily dynamics
High-performing professionals navigating stress, burnout, or transition
Our Approach
Somatic and Movement-Based Integration
Using personalized yoga and Chi for Two®, coaching supports nervous system regulation and helps shift patterns held in the body. This work is especially helpful for individuals who experience stress, emotional reactivity, or difficulty maintaining consistency.
Behavioral Integration
Coaching focuses on translating insight into action—supporting clients in building routines, habits, and relational practices that align with their goals.
Nervous System Support
Clients learn how to recognize and respond to internal states, creating greater stability and flexibility in daily life.
Parent and Child Work
For families, coaching can help parents develop tools to regulate themselves and support their children's emotional needs, creating more connected and less reactive dynamics.
Relational and Real-World Application
Sessions often focus on what is happening in real time—helping clients navigate challenges as they arise, rather than only reflecting on them afterward.
How It Fits with Therapy
Holistic coaching is not a replacement for therapy. Instead, it works alongside therapy to support integration and implementation.
While therapy focuses on:
Understanding patterns
Processing emotional experiences
Healing relational wounds
Coaching focuses on:
Applying insights in daily life
Building consistency and structure
Strengthening regulation and follow-through
Together, this creates a more complete and sustainable process of change.
Areas of Focus
Stress and burnout
Nervous system regulation
Habit and routine development
Parenting support
Emotional regulation in daily life

What Makes This Different
Integration of clinical, somatic, and behavioral approaches
Experience working with both families and high-performing professionals
Focus on real-life application, not just insight
Incorporation of movement-based trauma healing (Chi for Two® and yoga)
Alignment with Lumi's relational and attachment-based model
Bridging Clinical Insight with Practical Application
I am deeply passionate about helping individuals and families create sustainable change in their everyday lives. My work as a registered nurse and yoga instructor is grounded in nervous system awareness and the belief that healing happens not just in the mind, but in the body.
Whether I am working with parents, children, or high-performing professionals, my goal is to help you translate insight into action — building practical tools and routines that support regulation, connection, and lasting well-being. I am currently integrating Chi for Two® into my offerings, bridging clinical understanding with embodied, relational healing.
