Regulating the nervous system through movement and connection.

Trauma and chronic stress are not only cognitive or emotional experiences—they are also physiological patterns. Many clients find that even with insight, their bodies continue to respond with tension, shutdown, or reactivity.

We integrate personalized, movement-based practices—including Chi for Two® and somatic yoga—to help clients shift patterns held in the body and nervous system.

Through guided, individualized movement practices, we help clients:

  • Increase awareness of internal states

  • Regulate nervous system activation

  • Release patterns of chronic tension or collapse

  • Develop a felt sense of safety and stability

  • Interrupt and reshape trauma-based physiological responses

This work is always tailored to the individual and integrated with therapy, allowing clients not only to understand their patterns, but to experience change at a bodily level.

Chi for Two® is a relational, movement-based trauma healing method that supports co-regulation, nervous system repair, and embodied connection. Unlike traditional talk therapy, Chi for Two® works directly with the body and the relational field — helping clients shift patterns that may be difficult to access through conversation alone. The benefits of Chi for Two® embodiment coaching in therapy include reduced physiological reactivity, increased capacity for connection, and a deeper sense of safety within the nervous system and in relationships.
