Helping the nervous system move from survival into safety.
Anxiety often reflects a nervous system that has learned to remain in states of hypervigilance, anticipation, or chronic activation. Many clients experience racing thoughts, physical tension, emotional overwhelm, or difficulty relaxing.
Treatment focuses on helping the nervous system develop greater flexibility and stability.
How We Help
Nervous System and Somatic Regulation
We use movement-based approaches, including Chi for Two® and personalized somatic yoga, to help regulate chronic states of anxiety and physiological activation. These practices support clients in moving out of patterns of hypervigilance and into greater stability, flexibility, and calm.
Attachment-Based Therapy
Helps address underlying fears of disconnection, unpredictability, or emotional insecurity.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Helps uncover deeper emotional patterns and internal conflicts that contribute to chronic anxiety.
Skills-Based Work
Provides practical tools to manage anxious thoughts, regulate emotional activation, and increase tolerance for distress.
